The original clubhouse at the University of Michigan Golf Course was constructed in 1950. The new 23,000 square foot replacement clubhouse facility was completed in 2017. The building envelope was designed to be 4% more efficient than required by ASHRAE 90.1-2007 and features a high-performance curtainwall.
