The Edison is a newly constructed commercial office complex in Pembroke Pines. The two-phase project consists of two multi-tenant buildings totaling over 330,000 square feet. Each three-story building will have over 165,000 square feet of Class A office space with high ceilings and large windows, as well as amenities such as a gym, conference center, and coffee bar.
