Miami Beach’s historic Saxony Hotel underwent a revival project that transformed it into the new Faena Hotel. This project consisted of a renovation to the existing Saxony Hotel structure as well as an additional 16-story building.
Building Drops provided Engineering and a full set of Shop Drawings for the Window Wall, Entrance Doors, Casement Windows, Sliding Glass Doors and Railings. We assisted with Steel Frame Engineering to support surrounding windows and doors. Our team also assisted with the Testing of the 10-foot Impact Folding Door and the engineering and qualifying of the Curved Glass Railing System.
