Phase 4B-2 of the Nehemiah Spring Creek Octets includes 160 units of low and moderate-income rental housing in 20 eight-unit buildings. The new building is a part of the multi-phase Nehemiah Spring Creek development, which transforms 45 acres of former wetlands into a robust mixed-income, mixed-use community.
Building Drops provided an Engineering review of wind loads and installation for REHAU Vinyl Fixed and Casement windows, and Entrance Doors.
