Frenchman’s Reef Marriott Resort & Spa is currently under construction after being closed in 2017 following Hurricane Irma. The unique resort is situated atop a harborside cliff on the Caribbean Sea. It will house 384 guest rooms, three pools, a state-of-the-art spa, and 85,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
Building Drops provided Engineering and a full set of Shop Drawings for the Window Wall, Entrance Doors, and Lift and Slide Glass Doors. The purpose for using of high-performance impact products was to ensure that the facility may remain running after a major weather event as a “base of operation” for FEMA.
