The CREC Academy of Aerospace and Engineering project consisted of a total renovation of an existing 165,000 square foot office into a new state-of-the-art magnet school for grades 6-12. The existing structure was demolished back to its structure and revitalized with new features including a striking facade of metal panels and glass.
