Ms. Josephine Irving Westphal holds the position of Controller of Building Drops Inc. She oversees the day-to-day overall Finance Department and reports directly to our CPA Meghan West.

For the past five years, Ms. Irving Westphal held the title of Accounting Manager at Building Drops Inc. where she reported at that time directly to the CFO. She is responsible for ensuring that all 200 projects move seamlessly and assuring that our company is in a healthy financial position. She has designed new reporting methods to be used for our customers as well as assisted in negotiating several new projects payment terms.

Ms. Irving Westphal earned two degrees from the University of Miami, a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance and a Master’s of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries.
