22 Bond St. is a boutique condominium building that will contain only six ultra-luxury residences. The building, which uses floor-to-ceiling windows and rust color fins on its exterior, is nearing completion.
Building Drops prepared the Engineering Evaluation and Shop Drawings for Brisolei fins made of Corten Steel used on the building’s facade. We also provided engineering for the “”Gate House”” entrance, which was also made with Corten Steel.
